Switching
Switching plan and binding periods
- An upgrade takes effect on the first of next month.
- A downgrade takes effect on the first of next month, or when the binding period ends if that is later.
- You can switch plan once per calendar month. The month you are in is billed at your old plan.
- Pro has a binding period of 3 months and Premium 12 months, counted from the day the plan takes effect. Start has none.
You switch plan in the admin under Settings, Payment.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
No. You get access to everything as soon as your account is created. Start has no monthly fee, so you only pay 2.5% on bookings that are paid.
Do I need a payment card?
Not to get started. Create an account and get to know Denira on Start without a card. Card and Swish payments go through your own Stripe account, and Denira's fee is taken from each payment. You add a card when you choose Pro, Premium or the website add-on, or within 14 days of taking your first invoice or pay-on-site payment.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT. Denira's monthly charge to your card adds 25% Swedish VAT.
Are Stripe's fees included?
No. Stripe charges its own fee for card and Swish payments, taken from your Stripe account. For standard European cards it is 1.5% + SEK 1.80 per payment. Denira's percentage comes on top of Stripe's fee.
Which bookings does the percentage apply to?
Every paid booking: card, Swish, payment link, invoice, and payments on site that you record in Denira. It is calculated on the amount the customer pays. Unpaid bookings cost nothing.
When is Pro or Premium cheaper?
Pro costs less than Start once you sell more than SEK 53,000 a month. Premium costs less than Pro above SEK 240,000 a month.
How do I switch plan?
Under Settings, Payment in the admin. An upgrade takes effect on the first of next month. A downgrade takes effect on the first of next month, or when the binding period ends if that is later. You can switch plan once per calendar month. The month you are in is billed at your old plan.
What does the binding period mean?
Pro binds you for 3 months and Premium for 12 months from the day the plan takes effect. During that time you cannot move to a cheaper plan. You still pay month by month.
What does the website cost?
The website add-on costs SEK 500 a month and works with every plan. You turn it on yourself in the admin. If you cancel it, access ends at once and the month you started is still billed.
What is included in setup help?
You tell us how your business works. We set up your experiences, prices, schedules and website within 48 hours and email you a link to book a meeting, where we show you everything with your own experiences. It costs SEK 2,000 once. It is free for the first 20 businesses, and for you if you move from Bookspot with the import.
Can I take bookings before Stripe is connected?
Yes, bookings paid by invoice and bookings paid on site. Card and Swish appear in the checkout once your Stripe account is ready.
