A parent rings about a party for twelve children, wants pizza and asks whether Saturday works. Then come three more emails about the time, the numbers and the cake.

A family that wants laser tag at two and mini golf afterwards has to book twice, or ring and ask you to piece it together.

The class visits in May and the school wants an invoice. It is written by hand in another program and chased in August.

Each activity gets entry times with a number of places, and guests can put several activities in one purchase. Parties are booked as a private group at a fixed price, with food and cake as extras.

The day in the park

Staff see which parties and classes are coming

The day's list shows every entry time with participants, food ordered and the parent's comment. You choose who looks after which party, and close an outdoor activity when it rains.

Payment

Families pay straight away, schools get an invoice

Families pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Schools and clubs are invoiced from Denira, and a reminder goes out if the invoice isn't paid.

Common questions

Can a family book several activities at once?

Yes. Guests add several activities and times to one purchase and pay once. Each activity counts its own places.

Do we charge per party or per child?

Your choice. A party can have one fixed price for the whole group, or a price per child with a minimum and maximum number of children per booking. A price that drops automatically as more children come can't be set today.

Can we limit how many cakes can be ordered?

Yes. An extra can have a stock count, so once the day's cakes are gone they can no longer be ordered.

Where does the parent mention allergies?

In the comment field of the booking. Custom questions aren't available today, but the comment shows on the day's list next to the party.

How does a school class book if it wants to pay by invoice?

You enter the class's booking and send an invoice from Denira. The school receives it as a PDF by email with a page where it can pay, and you see in Denira when it has been paid.
