Tickets per place, private bookings at a fixed price
An event has a number of places and ticket prices for, say, adults, students and seniors. A private booking of the venue or activity has one price for the whole booking, and dinner or drinks come along as extras.

Payment and invoices
Tickets paid at once, companies get an invoice
Ticket buyers pay by Swish or card, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Companies receive an invoice from Denira as a PDF by email, with a page where they pay and a reminder if they forget.

Common questions
Can guests choose a numbered seat?
No. You sell a number of places per session, and each ticket takes one place. Numbered seats and seating plans aren't available.
Can a company book before we have agreed a price?
Yes. An activity can be booked without a price, so you set it once you have agreed. Then you send the invoice from Denira.
How do we stop ticket sales when the venue is booked privately?
You close the event for that day, or just that time. Nobody can then buy a ticket while the private booking stands.
Is an event cancelled automatically if too few tickets sell?
No. You decide. If you cancel, you send a message to everyone who booked and cancel and refund each booking on its own.
Where do guests mention dietary needs?
In the comment field of the booking. Custom questions aren't available today, but the comment shows on the day's list next to the booking.
