A couple share a sled, a solo traveller wants to drive alone. Count seats instead of sleds and you sell more than you have teams for.

A mild spell in January turns the trail to ice. Tours are called off one at a time, and guests who have already flown in need to hear before they drive out to the kennel.

The day's list shows every tour with its sleds, guests and comments, such as a child riding in the sled. You assign a guide to each tour and close the day when the snow won't hold.

Guests pay by card or Swish when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Hotels and tour operators booking tours for their guests are invoiced from Denira, with reminders.

Common questions

Can the price be per sled rather than per person?

Yes. Sleds are added with a price and how many fit, one or two. Guests choose how many sleds they want, and a sled costs the same whether one or two ride on it.

Can we show a notice when a tour changes on a particular day?

Yes. You add a notice to the date, for example that the ice on the lake won't hold and the tour takes the forest trail. Guests see it in the booking before they pay.

Can tourists book in German or French?

No, the booking is in Swedish and English, and guests switch language themselves. You write the tour's name and description in both languages.

Can we ask about weight or children's ages?

Not as questions of your own. Put your rules on weight and age in your booking terms, which guests see when they pay, and ask them to note in the comment if children are coming.

What happens to bookings when there isn't enough snow?

You close the day so nobody else can book and send a message to everyone who has booked. Then you move each booking to another day or refund it.
