Phone calls, texts and emails are copied into the calendar by hand. A ride can be double-booked before anyone has entered the first booking.

When two rides run at the same time, someone has to keep track of how many horses are left. That works until a Saturday in July.

Guests who don't turn up haven't paid, and the evening goes on matching Swish payments against the list.

The day's list shows every ride with its riders, numbers and payment status. You choose which leader takes which ride, and staff see their shifts in the same place.

Common questions

Can the same horse be used on different rides?

Yes. The horses are added as a resource with a number. Every ride that uses them counts from the same number, so a horse cannot be booked on two rides that overlap.

Can we charge different prices for adults and children?

Yes. You set up price categories such as adult and child, and can set other prices for weekends, school holidays or high season.

What do we do when a ride can't go ahead?

You close the time so nobody else can book it and send a message to the guests who have already booked. Each booking is then cancelled and refunded on its own in Denira.

Can guests cancel on their own?

Yes, if you allow it on the ride and the guest bought cancellation protection when booking. Otherwise you cancel for them.
