Paid and reminded before the client arrives
Clients pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. A reminder goes out by email or text as many hours before as you choose, and afterwards a link to book again with the same therapist, if the client chose them. Companies buying massage for their staff can be invoiced.

Common questions
Can 30, 60 and 90 minutes cost different amounts?
Yes. Set up each length as its own treatment with its own price. A therapist who charges more sets their own price on each treatment.
Can clients pay with their wellness allowance?
Not directly. Denira isn't connected to Epassi, Benify or similar services. Clients pay by Swish or card, and companies buying massage for their staff can be invoiced from Denira.
Can we sell punch cards?
No, not today. Each treatment is booked and paid for on its own. Regulars can get a discount code, and gift cards for a fixed amount are sold on your website.
Can a couple book massages at the same time?
Yes, as two bookings at the same time, one per person. Each booking takes one therapist, so it works when two therapists are free.
Can clients cancel by themselves?
Yes, if the client bought cancellation protection when booking and it is before the limit you set. Otherwise the client gets in touch, and you cancel or move the appointment.
Can clients say what hurts?
Yes, in the comment field when they book. The therapist sees the comment in the day's list.
