Every trainer has their clients on their phone
The day's list shows every session with the client, the trainer, the client's comment and payment status. Each trainer can subscribe to a calendar with only their own hours and clients. Trainers add their own time off, which takes their times off your website.

Payment and reminders
Paid for as soon as it's booked
Clients pay by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. If a client gets in touch an hour before, the session is already paid for and you decide whether to refund it. Reminders go out by email or text, and companies buying PT for their staff can be invoiced.

Common questions
Can we sell 10-session packages?
No, not today. Each session is booked and paid for on its own. You can give regulars a discount code that applies to your PT sessions, which makes each one cheaper.
Can a client book the same time every week?
No, not today. Clients book one session at a time. After a session, an automatic message can send a link to book again, with the client's details filled in and the same trainer if the client chose them.
Can two people train together?
Yes. Set up PT for two as its own session with a price per booking. It is one booking with one trainer, and the two come at the same time.
Can clients pay with their wellness allowance?
Not directly. Denira isn't connected to Epassi, Benify, Actiway or Wellnet. Clients pay by Swish or card, and companies buying PT for their staff can be invoiced from Denira.
Several of us train clients at the same gym. Can each set their own price?
Yes. Each trainer sets their price per session on their own profile page, or you set it for them. A client who picks the first available pays the session's standard price.
Can we run sessions outdoors?
Yes. Set up the outdoor session as its own session and send a reminder for that session only, saying where you meet. With time between bookings, the trainer has time to get to the next client.
