The evening round has room for twenty but only six signed up. The group of friends who would have joined doesn't know there are places left.

During the autumn half-term rounds run from eleven every day, the rest of the autumn only evenings and weekends. Every change is entered by hand.

The day in the arena

The arena host knows who plays in the next round

The day's list shows every round with its players, party food and comments, such as whose birthday it is. You assign a host to each party and send a message to everyone in a round if you need to start later.

Payment

The party is paid for before the first round

Parents pay for the party by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. The school class gets an invoice from Denira with a page where the school can pay, and you send reminders from there.

Common questions

Can players who don't know each other end up in the same round?

Yes. In open rounds each place is sold on its own until the round is full. If a group wants to play alone, it books a private round at a fixed price, and you close the open round at the same time.

Can we have different times and prices in the school holidays?

Yes. The schedule can have its own times for a date range such as the autumn half-term, and prices can differ in the holidays and at weekends.

Can we require at least eight children for a party?

Yes. You set a minimum and maximum number of participants per booking, so a party can't be booked for fewer or more than the arena is meant for.

How do we close the arena for our own tournament?

You close the whole venue, one experience or a single round for a day or a period, and those times can no longer be booked. Guests who have already booked can be reached with a message.

Where do parents say whose birthday it is?

In the comment field of the booking. The comment shows next to the party on the day's list, so the host knows who to celebrate.
