Queues at the counter

Saturday's heats are sold on site. Whoever arrives at two waits until four, and some go home instead.

The stag do on the phone

Ten people want two heats and burgers afterwards. Times, numbers and food are settled on the phone and written on a note for the kitchen.

Age limits at the track

A nine-year-old turns up for an adult heat. Nobody saw the age limit before the family is standing by the track.

Heats and places

Each heat has as many places as you have karts

You set the number of places per heat, and start times are created from your opening hours at the interval you choose. When a heat is full it disappears from the booking, and places are held while drivers pay.

The day at the track

Track staff see who drives in the next heat

The day's list shows every heat with its drivers, food ordered and comments, such as two in the group being twelve. You mark a heat as started when it goes and assign staff to company events.

Payment and invoices

Drivers pay when they book, companies get an invoice

Drivers pay by Swish or card, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Company events are invoiced from Denira after the evening, with a page where they can pay and reminders if they forget.

Common questions

Can drivers confirm their age and height or sign a waiver?

Not in the booking today. Put age and height limits in your booking terms, which guests see when they pay. Guests can note the drivers' ages in the comment field, and you check on site.

Can we run junior and adult heats at different prices?

Yes. Set them up as two experiences with their own times, places and prices. Guests choose a junior or an adult heat, and each experience shows its own times.

Can a company hire the whole track for an evening?

Yes. Set up a company event that is booked privately at a fixed price, and close the regular heats that evening so nobody else can book the track.

Can drivers order food in the same booking?

Yes. Food and drinks are set up as extras, with a limit if the kitchen can only manage a certain number of portions. Extras can carry a different VAT rate from the driving.

Can a group book two heats in a row?

Yes. The guest puts both heats in the same purchase and pays once.
