The evening's list shows every class with its guests, add-ons and the guest's comment, where allergies and dietary needs go. You choose which chef runs the class and send a message to everyone coming, about parking for instance.

Payment and invoices
Classes paid on booking, team evenings invoiced
Guests on your open classes pay by Swish or card, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. A company that books the kitchen for itself gets an invoice from Denira once the evening is over, with a page where they can pay and reminders if it runs late.

Common questions
Can we sell a five-evening course as one booking?
No, not today. Each class evening is booked on its own, so guests book a series one evening at a time.
Where do guests mention allergies and dietary needs?
In the comment field when they book. There is no separate allergy form, so say in the class description or your booking terms that allergies go in the comment. The comment shows in the evening's list.
Can the class and the wine package have different VAT?
Yes. You set the VAT rate per class and per add-on, so the class, the food and the wine can each have their own rate. Which rate applies to your classes is something to settle with your accountant.
Can a company book a team evening before the price is agreed?
Yes. The booking is entered with a price to be set later, and once the evening is over you send the invoice from Denira. The company gets it as a PDF by email with a page where they can pay.
Can we require a minimum number for a private class?
Yes. You set a minimum and maximum number of guests per booking, so a team evening can't be booked for three people.
