Resident and guest artists in one calendar
Resident artists have shifts that repeat every week. Add a guest artist as a user with shifts only on the days they are here, and clients can book them on those days. The day's list shows every session with the client, the artist and the client's description of the piece.

Fixed prices paid up front, deposits by payment link
Clients pay for consultations and small fixed-price pieces by Swish or card when they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. A big session is booked without payment. Once you have gone through the design, send a payment link for the deposit from the booking, and another for the rest when the tattoo is done. A company that wants to pay by invoice can get one from Denira.

Common questions
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
No, not today. A session with the price agreed later is booked without payment. Afterwards you send a payment link for any amount from the booking, say SEK 1,000 as a deposit, and a new link for the rest.
Can clients send pictures of their idea?
Not in the booking. Clients describe the idea in the comment field and email you the pictures. Put your email address in the message that goes out once they have booked.
Can clients confirm their age or sign a consent form when booking?
No, not today. Denira has no consent or health forms. Put the age limit in the service description, and have the client fill in your form and show ID at the studio.
Can a large tattoo be booked over several days?
A booking starts and ends on the same day. A large piece is booked as several sessions, one per day, with the same artist.
How does a guest spot work?
Add the guest artist as a user, choose the services they take and give them shifts on the days they are here. They can only be booked on those days and can have their own price.
Can clients move their appointment themselves?
Yes, if the client bought rebooking protection when booking and it is before the limit you set. If they chose an artist, they are only offered that artist's times. Otherwise the client gets in touch, and you move the appointment.
